A recent Politico poll showed that Fox was the Most Trusted News in America. When I took a closer look at the poll the first thing I noticed was that only 1151 American were phone polled. http://www.politico.com/news/stories/0110/32039.html . Fox was ranked most trusted with 49% of pollees , 74% republicans and 30% Democrats. Even though this is not a statistically significant number of Americans and phone polls can be very biases, it still disturbs the fucking hell out of me. Now that these insignificant numbers are out; Fox is reporting them as a representation of America as a whole. This wouldn’t have bothered me in the past except I’ve run head-on into too many Fox news junkies over the last 2 weeks. I’ve copied and pasted what one person said, “Fox news my friends is probably one of the better news station. I just don't understand why Glen Beck is hated when he can back up everything he is talking about. It's just sad that people don't listen to the truth and the president can keep on making this country go further in debt. Can yoy name 2 things that has gotton better since he came into office?“ The 2 things I named (before having my first cup of coffee) were the infrastructure stimulus and the COBRA subsidy. If that quote didn’t scare you, you are truly brave or a right wing nut job.
Because Beck has shown up as Olbermenn’s worst person ever almost nightly and I’ve seen clips of him on the Daily Show, I tried to watch his show, more than once over the last year. As the idiot, Beck, writes on his blackboard connecting evil people like Hitler to good people like O’Bama, and talks about commie indoctrination camps he’s actually running a right wing nut job indoctrination camp. It’s clear that facts are only a thing to be warped to suit his views and needs. He would not even comment to O’Rielly, his mentor, whether he was going to get a H1N1 shot after preaching how dangerous they were. He’s a fucking hypocrite. An evil FUCK that deserves whatever hell has in store for a true devils spawn. I could go on and on but I think you get my point across. Beck is an evil fuck and it scares me that people believe him.
PS: Maybe someday I’ll write about something hopeful like how the Presidents State of The Union Address inspired me or how the COBRA subsidy makes it possible for me to afford health insurance while unemployed. Maybe something funny like, are the silverware gnomes stealing anyone else’s forks and spoons.
