Crimson Ghost
The new Misfits that put out a great "Misfits" record in the late
90's was a dream come true. Granted Danzig was not singing, but
it was new and it is what I needed to get through the corporate
years. I was a fan of the band and had a colorized version on VHS
tape of the original series from the early 50's called "The Crimson
Ghost". Someone dropped of a copy of the Jerry Only and Doyle version
of the Newfits, at the MSIG offices and the creative wheels went
into motion. Using a Pentium I, and a powerful 80 meg of RAM plus
the incredible hard drive of a 1.6 gig-a-fucking-byte. Not to mention
a 36.6 baude modem to drive this to the masses.
This was the by product of hours of torture, mind you on a very
slow Pentium I. Any ways, here is 1998 technology at its finest...
One day maybe I will do this one for real with 2007 technology.
Thanks to Patrick for the digital encoding in MPEG-4 format..
