Yeah, yeah I know it has been a month, fuck you too. I have a life, some what....
It is almost summer now and it is fucking bloody hot out, so
I tend to stay indoors, and chill, but what do you want? I am
a white boy from the north...
The other night, it was about 1:30 am and I was cleaning in
the kitchen, you know washing dishes, rinsing beer bottles,
wiping up crap and just a bizarre thought ran through my mind,
something bad is going to happen. Now I am not going to say
I am psychic or shit like that but I had a bad feeling. No it
wasn't the 8 or so beers I had but... I don't know. I almost
walked into the studio office and said something to Buzz while
he was mixing the latest radio show about what I felt, but I
kept it to myself... he already thinks I am a major tin foil
hat conspiracy guy so I just kept cleaning. When I got up in
the morning after about 2 1/2 hours sleep, I dragged my boy
out of his crib, changed his diaper and plopped him in his chair.
It was early in the morning and I usually put Sesame Street
on for him at 10 am but that didn't come on for a few more hours
so I did something not normal for this time of the day. I turned
on cable news. I dislike TV, I especially dislike fake TV news,
but for some reason, thinking back to the previous night, I
turned it on to see if something "bad" happened.. it did.
An attack in London, sure you all saw it by now. Notice I didn't
say "terrorist" attack, because we are at war. The bombs are
an act of war. The word "terrorist" is a war tactic. When you
declare "war" on an tactic, you leave an open ended meaning
to the word "war". We are not at war with a nation.
We are not at war with a people. We are not at war with a religion.
We are at war with a "war" tactic. And in this country
we are at war with reality. All peoples, political party and
things that support this war are at war with "reality". When
this monkey for a president declared himself a "war" president
he declared war on reality. A war he failed to stop. A war he
let happened by sitting there listening to fifth grade kids
read. A war he failed to stop after August 6th 2001
when he was briefed in his PDB that "Osama Bin Laden determined
to strike in the US". He was on vacation, went on US tax
paid expense campaign fund raisers and other non Commander in
Chief duties. A war he had planned from the get go. Then September
11, 2001, the justification for his whole administration. Then
he declared war on the peasant peoples of oppressed US sponsored
dictators in third worlds, then they declared war on reality.
Let me sidestep for a moment and look at other successful "wars"
the US has engaged in in the past. I will skip the obvious Vietnam,
but I will just mention we are still at "war" with
North Korea. Fifty-five plus years now. How about the "war"
on poverty.. still lots of poor mother fuckers out there and
it is getting worse. No it is worse.... Hey I know, the war
on drugs! Well that is if you are a corporate owned media company
that gets bucko bucks running those sad tax payer "this
is your brain on drugs" shit, dribble and plop adds. Or
the privatized prison owners that get to lock up thousands of
people for having a drug abuse health problem. Or the companies
that get to test your piss and hair follicles to see if you
did "illegal" drug in the last ten years. Or the city
officials that get to confiscate your possessions, property
etc. for having a spliff. To top it all off, I just read that
the most abused drugs are pharmaceuticals. You know "legal
good drugs"... then booze "legal" and cigarettes"ridiculously
legal". So now we have another Republican "war"
that will never end.
But Mikey, you say. Johnson started the war in Vietnam...Yeah,
yeah he did, with much prodding from the pentagon, he enabled
it but, today, he would be a Republican, he is from Texas and
he was a prick... The Dem's told him to Sod off and not run
for re- election...

What happened in London, as tragic and unnecessary as it was
is a result of the war in Iraq. When you bomb people, they tend
to bomb you back. When the German's bombed the British, the
Allies bombed Germany. When Japan bombed Pearl Harbor, we bombed
Japan. That is the reality of "war". Bombs = people
dead. Period. So now that it has happened, again this time to
the people of London, the "reality" of war is hitting
home, and how we react to that depends on reality. When I turned
on the TV and watched on MSNBC, I was pissed. Pissed at the
people who did it, and at the people that gave them cause and
effect to justify that act. The act is unjustifiable. "Shock
and Awe" is unjustifiable. You cannot justify carpet bombing
country's, peoples, children, families, loved ones, cute kitties
to get one dictator, bad guy or mass murdering killer.
We are at "WAR", so the president keeps telling us.
But "WAR" against who??? A tactic. Bad Guys??? People
with dark skin?? The evil empire? People that worship a different
god? Or a faction of so said "god"? We are at war,
we are at war. Those words echo in my mind. If they didn't come
from a chicken hawk rich frat boys who never saw the "reality"
of war, and his administration was made up of other rich chicken
hawk draft avoiding privileged shits, I would pay no mind. But,
what the fuck do they know about war, what the fuck do I know
about war? I will be honest, something monkey boy hasn't is
that I DON'T KNOW. But I do know that I DON'T WANT TO KNOW.
But that what I do KNOW is that it solves nothing, many people
suffer, and a few profit and prosper. And that the few that
profit and prosper are the ones that started it in the first
place.
You winger pro war and death fuckers, that didn't sign up because
you are chicken shits like the fucks you voted for should be
ashamed. The bombings in London are not a justification for
the genocide in Afghanistan and Iraq.. there is no "I told
you so" in this. This is cause and effect. This is the
reality of war. So there were no flowers and chocolates. No
ticker tape parades, and no Iraqi love children to be neglected
and forgotten as spoils of war. They hate us not because of
our freedoms. They hate us because our governments kill them.
They hate us because we stole their lives, their loved ones,
and their livelihoods...
Killing by remote control whether it is at 10,000 feet or by
strapping dynamite to your belt is wrong. You are being spared
the "reality" of war on your nightly news. There are
no kill counts of the dead, there are no flag draped coffins
clutering your boob tube. This my friend does not absolve any
one from the realities of war. War is not sexy or fun. Unless
your a prison guard at Abu Ghraib.
So if you support this war, and support the fake president,
please support our troops, and sign up. Your country needs you.
They are not making recruiting numbers to continue the carnage
in third world countries for control of thier natural resources.
So put your money were your mouth is and sign up. No jingoistic
bumper sticker will do anything to unravel the mess Bushco made
in Iraq, or regrow life and limbs. Enlist now.
If not, shut the fuck up.
