Wow, been over a month now. Time flies when you are not having fun. I am surely lame.

To tell you the truth, I have been really down lately. This summer started out just great (that was sarcasm), my grandfather passing, my hard drive crashing, three dollar and thirty cent gas, stepping through my attic floor breaking a huge hole in my kitchen ceiling, etc. It was the only spot in the attic with a hole, and my dumbass foot found it. And why was I up there you asked? I was trying to look for the hole in my back porch roof that was leaking in my family room during a rain storm.

But to top it off, we have the war in Lebanon. The PNAC'ers wet dream of global empire. Don't you find it funny that the act of Israel "defending itself" just happens to fall into their plans for the "new" middle east. Bombing civilian airports and bridges beaches and hotels is not defending your self, it is war. Yes it takes two aggressors and I believe neither side is correct in their actions. Like pawns on a chess board the Jews and Arabs are being used for global conquest and further enrichment for the multi-national oil corporations. There is no winners here, only losers. And the few who are wining are not you and I, Jews or Arabs in the middle east but the "friends" of the bush crime family. But we get to pay for it. Isn't that nice.

So far was the only bright spot to my summer was my fun weekend at the Vans Warped tour in Milwaukee, WI. I thought I would best it at the Tinley park show this weekend, but it wasn't so. Some overbearing bouncers saw fit to purge me from the photo pool even though I had proper passes. If they were checking everyone, it would be fine but they didn't. They didn't even ask to see my pass, to see if I had one. Nor did they ask anyone else. Plus I was standing in the pit for five minutes while NOFX was setting up and right when they started to play they pulled the plug on me. A nice fuck you to the bald guys.

So consequently you will only be getting pics from the Milwaukee show and not both shows. I have already posted the Buzzcocks since they were not on the bill in Illinois.
